* Checked hazardous waste area
for leaks finding none
* Crushed dumpsters at landfill
* Cut brush on Winchester Rd.

Tues. Jan. 8
* Cut brush on Winchester Rd.
*  Met with Jim Deming from
finance committee

Wed. Jan. 9
* Cut brush on Winchester Rd.
* Checked out problem with snow
removal on Pine St.

Thurs. Jan. 10
* Picked up truck # 4 from Salvadore's
* Cut brush on Winchester Rd.
 
Fri. Jan. 11
*  Received call from Shelburne Control
while enroute from home to check road
conditions about icy conditions on Rt. 78
at 5:05 A.M. - continued to work and 
sanded Rt. 78 while waiting for other
personnel to come in to work - sanded all 
roads due to freezing rain
* Met with salesman from Bart Trucks
* Cut up tree on side of Gale Rd.
* Worked on FY 2009 budget items
* Went to Porter's for parts
* Began re-sanding all dirt roads at 
1 P.M. due to continued rainfall - went 
home at 3 P.M.

Sat. Jan. 12
* Called in personnel to sand all roads as
necessary at 6:45 A.M. due to black
ice - went home at 10 A.M.
