Added gravel to minor washouts on various roads
Finished marking trees for tree hearing on Beech Hill Rd.
Spoke with Tree Warden about tree hearing scheduling
Tim went to Tri-County Supt. meeting in afternoon in Westfield
Crushed dumpsters in transfer station

Tues. Dec. 13 
Continued adding gravel to minor washouts on various roads
Delivered load of sand to Animal Control Officer
Went to Worcester to pick up new sander belt/chain for truck # 2

Wed. Dec. 14 
Put new sander belt/chain on truck # 2
Tim went to Bay State Road class on road design for the morning
Scraped out potholes on Flower Hill Rd.

Thurs. Dec. 15 
Put sander screens on truck # 2
Repaired minor washouts on Bliss Hill Rd.
Put on rain guards on trucks # 2 and # 3
Repaired pressure washer

Fri. Dec. 16 
Scraped out dirt potholes on Richmond Rd., Old Winchester Rd. and Quarry Rd.
Checked all roads for damage and areas for signs of beaver activity
Talked with Ted Cady about Tully Brook Rd. status and made a site visit with him
