Mon. Dec. 13 
Jim out sick
Fixed several drainage problems around town on various roads
Checked roads from rain and wind storm that occurred yesterday
correcting any problems
Went to Athol Glass to have truck # 4 mirror repaired at their expense
due to error in installation
Tim went to Select Board meeting on wood cutting policy
Called in personnel at 8:15 P.M. to sand all paved roads due to heavy
dusting of snow and icy conditions - went home at 11:45 P.M.

Tues. Dec. 14 
Sanded all paved roads due to 1/2" of snow
Picked up Road Grader at Porter's
Washed sand trucks and Road Grader
Dealt with drainage issues on various roads
Replaced fuel filter on diesel pump
Crushed dumpsters at transfer station
Tim went to Westfield in afternoon for Superintendents meeting

Wed. Dec. 15 
Sanded all dirt roads due to slippery conditions
Brian worked on his FEMA required incident command training
Met with David Young to go over highway issues

Thurs. Dec 16 
Sanded all paved roads as needed due to slippery conditions
Brian finished his FEMA required incident command training
Did in-house safety training for all employees including electrical and
telephone cable wires videos and discussion

Fri. Dec. 17 
Tim out sick
Sanded all dirt roads
Washed sand trucks
Prepped all equipment for potential weekend storm
Dealt with ice problem on Wendell Rd.
