Sept. 21 - 27, 2009


Mon. Sept. 21 
* Crushed dumpsters at transfer station

* Brought Loader to Porter's for maintenance repairs

* Finished patching White Rd. and Quarry Rd. with hot top

* Met with All-State salesman on chip sealing project



Tues. Sept. 22 
* Put crushed gravel with asphalt grindings on Beech Hill Rd.

*  Northfield Hwy. came to pick up drum of waste oil

* Checked out culvert conditions on various roads



Wed. Sept. 23 
* Put crushed gravel with asphalt grindings on Beech Hill Rd.

* Received report of beaver activity under box culvert on Hockanum Rd. -
inspected and found dam - notified BOH and beaver trapper to begin
trapping on Fri. after we pull out dam as well as dams on Bass Rd. and
Gale Rd. under bridge



Thurs. Sept. 24
* Jim on vacation day

* Tim at class in Northampton all day

* Prepped parking lot behind town hall

* Cleaned out beaver debris in various locations



Fri. Sept. 25
* Paved parking lot and road behind town hall and cleaned up area

* Picked up loader from Porter's

* Made wiring repair to truck # 3
