Honorable Select Board,

My plan for plowing the village center is to keep the Loader out of the
village center between the hours of 11 P.M. and 7 A.M. Plowing during
that time will be done by myself in the town 1-ton truck.

I will instruct Vinnie, who is the loader operator, to change his
plowing route so that he works around those hours by plowing other
portions of his route during the 11 P.M. - 7 A.M. time frame.

We still need to plow with the Loader as it is our fourth piece of
plowing equipment and we have four employees. The Loader may need to be
used in the village center on certain occasions. These would be in the
case of other  equipment break-down or when the storm ends during a
weekend where clean up the following day would not be possible since we
would not be working.
