Dave has a 22 cup percolator which he will bring because the one in the kitchen takes so long to brew. Gloria suggested using that to keep the 22 cups hot while brewing another 22 cups. We are charging $7 per adult and Kathy forgot to add the $5 per child in the newsletter but will be sending a notice to Warwick-L on Friday and will include the price. Kathy purchased a blue plastic tablecloth and measured the table. Will purchase more this week. Gloria suggested alternating colors with blue and white. Kathy also brought a beach ball and other decorations. Gloria purchased 2 beach towels for the door prize and some bubbles for the tables. Clare purchased bubbles and some water toys for the door prize. Youth Group has volunteered to help and Kathy will confirm this week. Matt will do the dishes. Kathy will get some $1 and $5 bills to make change. We will need to sweep and wash the floor after the dinner and leave tables set up for the elder meal on Tuesday. Kathy is going to add some wildlife pictures to the laptop when showing the beach pictures, which will be running during the dinner. If anyone has any others, let her know. Clare is making molasses spice cookies instead of brownies for those folks who may not be able to eat chocolate. Clare is going to make more bread, is concerned we might not have enough. We are all arriving about 4:30 to setup and prepare. Beach Cleanup, May 21st (rain date May 22nd) Kathy asked Jim if the kiosk will be ready for the Beach cleanup and he said yes.
